Kshitij interiors has grown significantly since its inception 1971 & has become kshitij interiors Pvt Ltd 2002.We specialize in turnkey fit-out and furnishing of luxury hotel, offices, airport terminals, shopping malls, restaurants, schools, hospitals and private residences with keen focus on technical & aesthetic design aspects.

BHAWARLAL KISHANLAL SHARMA
KIPL’s Managing Director, Mr. Bhawarlal K Sharma is a dynamic, result driven, self-motivated & resourceful personality. Mr. Bhawarlal K sharma, joined his father’s business Kshitij interiors in 1988. With his expertise, hard work and sincerity, Mr. Bhawarlal K sharma transformed Kshitij interiors into Kshitij interiors Pvt. Ltd. in 2002.
Mr. Sharma is a qualified diploma holder in interior designing from Mumbai university. Embellished with excellent communication skills, he is able to establish sustainable & profitable relationship with customers, suppliers and stakeholders. With his vision and quality focused approach, KIPL is poised to be the preferred innovation solution provider in the interior design space.
Mr. Sharma continues to strengthen the breadth profitability and work of the interiors practice, supporting interior design leads through the provision of sound management structure/practice at both the project and department level.

Mr. Sharma had the foresight of investing in its own manufacturing unit back in its early days and this factory has been a key pillar to its success. The factory is a fine combination of efficient modern machines and creative traditional workmen to produce high-quality, innovative, custom, cost-effective solutions to the exacting needs of the clients.

Kshitij has its head office, Factory and Warehouse in Mumbai. The Factory and Warehouse is spread over 2, 00,000 Sq. feet equipped with modern machinery and employs highly-skilled workforce to deliver quality products.
Future Factory
At Kshitij, we are constantly pushing the envelope in innovation, design and efficiency. We have plans to build a state-of-the-art factory in Maharashtra. This factory will follow the principle of industry 4.0 where the machines communicate and enable new ways of production, value creation and real-time optimization.

We ensure that every Manpower follows our safety policy and protocols to make our project sites, offices, factories and warehouse a ‘Zero’ accident site.
